Lofkleuters Kleuterskool se misie is om in ‘n veilige omgewing ‘n liefdevolle en opvoedkundige atmosfeer te skep waar peuters en kleuters geestelik, emosioneel, akademies en fisies bedien en gedissiplineer word tot voorbereiding vir hulle skool loopbane.  Die ouer en kleuter word beide betrek om deur  bybelse beginsels ‘n inpak op die samelewing te maak en sonder enige geestelike inhibisies te kan luister na die stem van die Heilige Gees.
